Tree of Life Agate Sun Catcher
This one of a kind handmade sun catcher features the iconic Tree of Life symbol, wrapped with bare copper wire onto a large round blue agate slice. The sun catcher is double sided with a different hand-sculpted tree on each side. It is further adored with sparkly beads, and dangling from the bottom is a faceted glass crystal prism that will catch the sunlight and create rainbows.
This piece is suitable for hanging indoors (in a window, for example) or outdoors. Please note that the copper wire is bare and untreated, so it will darken with oxidation over time (many prefer this darker look). The agate slice is a light blue with natural circular banding.
The symbolism of the Tree of Life crosses many cultures and spiritual beliefs, and often represents interconnectedness, immortality, and rebirth. The Celtic people felt a strong connection to nature and a reverence towards trees. They considered trees to be a gateway to other realms.
