Shipping Info and Processing Times

Before your package is shipped, please allow 2-12 days of processing time (longer for made to order items; see below). Most items are ready to ship and sent out on the sooner side, but occasionally there are unforeseen delays.
Please note that if processing and shipping will be delayed due to travel, I will note this on my home page and in the auto-email you receive after ordering. If you have questions about how quickly an item can be shipped, feel free to message me in advance.

Please note that several of my items are “made to order” and generally require 1-3 weeks of processing time before shipping. Made to order items are labeled as such in each item listing.

When you place your order, you will immediately get a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact me.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail including your tracking number.

I ship my jewelry Internationally. All pieces are shipped from Germany via DHL/Deutschse Post. If, during checkout, it says I do not ship to your country, please contact me so I can manually add your country and calculate your shipping costs.
Shipping times can vary, and unfortunately I have no control over this. Shipping within Germany often takes less than one week, while shipping to the US can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks (sometimes more in unusual cases). Shipping within Europe varies by country, but allow a couple of weeks.
The shipping options offered when you check out will include tracking and I will send you that tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.
Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, however I am happy to help you track them down - just reach out to me with your concerns.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unfortunately the world is still dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore there may still be variable shipping delays in nearly every country, especially as the situation is changeable. Please be patient with shipping times and simply reach out to me with questions or concerns.

Exact prices for your order will be displayed at checkout, but here is a summary of approximate pricing for most orders:
- Orders of €100 or more will include FREE shipping with coupon code: FREESHIP (some exemptions apply)
- Within Germany: € 5.00
- Within the EU: € 8.50
- United Kingdom: € 13.00 (approximately £11-12 British Pounds depending on exchange rate)
- Other Non-EU European Countries: € 13.00
- USA and Canada: € 15.00 (approximately $16-18 USD depending on exchange rate)
- Mexico: € 15.00
- Most Countries in South and Central America (verify at checkout): € 15.00
- Australia and New Zealand: € 15.00
- Most Asian Countries (except China): €16.00
- For countries not listed here, verify cost at checkout
- If, during checkout, it says I do not ship to your country, please contact me so I can manually add your country and calculate your shipping costs
- It is currently not possible to ship to China due to Covid restrictions, however I will update this information if that changes.

This guide is written in Euros; exchange rate varies by country and changes daily.
Note that shipping prices are subject to change at any time. I do not have control over each country’s shipping costs, and those changes will be reflected during checkout when you place your order.
Shipping costs may be higher when multiple items are ordered.
Currency exchange rates are calculated at checkout and I have no control over this.

All jewelry materials and packaging materials that I use are vegan.
I do my best to use sustainable, recycled, or reused/upcycled packaging whenever possible.
If you ever receive a package from me that includes plastic (bubble wrap, foam padding, etc.), please know that this has been reused and never purchased new (with the exception of packaging tape).
I often use reused packing paper to pad items. I make my best effort to use sustainable materials, and I endeavor to always continue to improve in this area (suggestions are welcomed).
