  • All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not possible.

  • Cancellation of orders is not possible.

  • Please thoroughly read each item description before completing your order. I list important information regarding each piece, including materials used, sizes, etc. Please also read the jewelry care instructions.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days and I will try to help and find a solution that works for both parties.

  • If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact me immediately via email: ravenscraftstore@gmail.com, or use the contact form here.  Include as much detail as possible, including your full name, order ID number, and if possible please also attach photos of the damaged item. This will be important if I need to pursue a solution with the shipping company.
