Ravenscraft Jewelry accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. I ship internationally.

I make every attempt to accurately list the sizing of each piece, including pendant sizes, bracelet circumferences, earring dropdowns, and chain/cord lengths and options.
Alternate chain sizing may be available for some pieces, so please reach out with your questions and requests. In some cases, if it requires me to make major changes or create a new custom piece to meet your sizing requests, there may be an additional charge. This is determined on a case by case basis.
All of the jewelry in my shop is unique & handcrafted. Due to the nature of handcrafting, available supplies, & the varied nature of crystals & stones, pieces may vary slightly in detail from those photographed here, especially with regard to made-to-order pieces.
It is natural for crystals, stones, and other organic materials to have some imperfections & variations in tone. It is natural for many metals, especially copper, to darken over time with oxidation.
I do my best to photograph each piece is various lighting styles to give a complete understanding of color, form, etc. Please note that colors do vary on computer/device screens and this may affect your viewing of each piece. If you have any questions about color, please feel free to contact me.

A Note About Sustainability and Packaging Materials
Please know that all jewelry materials and packaging materials that I use are vegan (as is my household, business, and me personally). I also do my best to use sustainable, recycled, or reused/upcycled packaging whenever possible. If you ever receive a package from me that includes plastic (bubble wrap, foam padding, etc.), please know that this has been reused and never purchased new (with the exception of packaging tape). When available, some items are sent in cloth gift bags made from recycled fabric (handmade by my mom!). I often use reused packing paper to pad items. I make my best effort to use sustainable materials, and I endeavor to always continue to improve in this area (suggestions are welcomed).
