Aurora is also known as the Goddess of the Dawn. Wear this statement piece to channel this mythical goddess, as well as the wonder of the Aurora Borealis. All who gaze upon you will be transfixed by your magic.
The pendant portion of the necklace is comprised of a large teardrop labradorite stone wrapped in copper wire and adorned with copper, moonstone, and hematite beads. The pendant component measures approximately 2.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. It is attached to the stiff collar portion, which is made from copper wire twisted together in swirls and curls. The curved collar portion measures approximately 7 inches across and sits high up against the neckline, on or above the collar bone.
The piece in its entirety hangs from a copper alloy chain which is adjustable to any link. The necklace as a whole, with chain, measures approximately 18 inches long at its longest point, and is adjustable shorter. Cascading down the back of the chain is a moss agate bead.
This piece is wrapped in bare copper wire, then carefully antiqued by hand and polished to bring out the organic highlights and lowlights of the beautiful metal.
There is a slight flexibility to the collar component, but please be extremely gentle and DO NOT BEND IT.
