Summer Solstice is Nearly Here!

It’s nearly time for the Summer Solstice, Magical Folk…

How is this year nearly half over, you ask? Well, personally, I think time is marching by at double speed, but maybe that’s just me. The flowers on my balcony are blooming like crazy, and my neighborhood park is lush with fragrant linden blossoms. We are about to enter our first big heat wave of the summer, and this Autumn-loving girl is not amused. I plan to reenact the Wicked Witch’s “I’m melting” scene dramatically, and often.

We are just a few days away from the Summer Solstice! It will take place on Sunday, June 21st at 10:24 am, here in Germany. How will you celebrate? I hope to go on one of my Sunday Summer bike adventures and enjoy some of the lovely green spaces in my neighborhood.

I have been very busy in my workshop, making mostly rings! Two new ones are listed for sale below. Let me know if you like them and would like to see more of these styles with different stones.

Don’t worry, I also have some new necklace designs in the works, including a redesign of my popular Practical Magic necklaces, which I plan to release in time for the much-awaited Practical Magic 2 cinematic release in September!

The delicate band measures approximately 1.5 mm in the back and expands to 29 mm at its widest point in the front. The oval rose quartz stone is 8 mm x 10 mm in size, and is a pale translucent pink.
