‘Tis The Season, Magical Folk…Seasons Greetings to all! Well, this year went by very fast, didn’t it? Even though I celebrate Christmas strictly as a secular holiday, it is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. I love Winter, I love the snow, and I adore the various aspects of Christmas that are rooted in Pagan traditions…from setting up a pine tree indoors and decorating it to bring some life and light into the dark days, to adorning the house with candles, holly, and mistletoe, to gathering around the Yule fire! One of my favorite traditions when I was a kid was going to my Grandma’s apartment for Christmas Eve dinner. Her place was cozy and festive, and she always had the Yule Log playing on the TV!
