For me, whenever the calendar turns to September, I officially declare it boot season! Boots are my favorite footwear, by far, and Autumn is my favorite season, so this is my happy place. September brings us a variety of astrological activity, including a lunar eclipse that passed on the 7th, a partial solar eclipse on the 21st, and of course the glorious Autumnal Equinox on the 22nd (8:19 pm CET). So get ready to harness the magic of it all! I have a few new pieces to share with you below, as well as a reminder of my Samhain/Halloween/Autumn offerings that may interest you in preparation of next month’s festivities. I should also say a few words about the current state of shipping to the US. I had been holding off on putting out any statements, as the tariff situation is chaotic, confusing, and seems to be changing daily. Hundreds of artists and hand crafters that I follow online have put out heartbreaking statements regarding how they need to suspend shipping to the US and how it’s essentially killing their small businesses. The situation is deeply upsetting, unnecessary, and most certainly hurts “the little guy”. While I do live in Germany, I come from the US, so many of my customers, followers, and contacts are American. So, this situation hurts my business, too. For now I will say, if you are from the US and desire to purchase a particular piece, just reach out to me first. Maybe we can work something out where I hold it for you for a bit in the hopes of this issue sorting itself out. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or requests.
