Did everyone have a magical Samhain and/or Halloween? I went for a walk in my favorite nearby park whilst listening to the brand new Florence + The Machine album (so good that I already named a necklace after one of the songs), indulged in my annual viewing of Hocus Pocus, and gave out vegan candy to little German children who say “Süßes oder Saures” (Sweet or Sour) instead of Trick or Treat! Here in Munich, we have had the most picturesque and idyllic Autumn I’ve ever experienced! The weather has been just perfect…chilly and crisp, with many sunny days that make the foliage dance brightly in the light. The season of sweaters, scarves, boots, and seeing your breath in the morning chill….this is the good stuff. In fact, all of the photos in this month’s newsletter were taken by me around my neighborhood. We are also fully in the swing of Scorpio Season now, and as a Scorpio myself (obviously), this is always a magical time of year for me. One fun new development is that I have made friends with 3 crows who live in the park nearby. I visit them daily to bring them peanuts and they are not shy about making their presence know to me (and asking for seconds).
