October is here! It’s officially Spooky Season! The leaves are falling, the air is crisp, cauldrons are bubbling, and the veil is thinning. Witches, Vampires, Werewolves, and Ghosts are taking their rightful place in the forefront of popular culture. I can see my breath in the chilly morning air, and all is right in the world. Each October, I like to rewatch some of my favorite witchy movies, including Practical Magic, Hocus Pocus, and The Craft. How do you like to celebrate Spooky Season? Practical Magic NecklacesAutumn always puts me in the mood to watch one of my favorite movies, Practical Magic! No collection of witchy jewelry would be complete without a nod (or two) to Practical Magic. Practical Magic (both book and film) focuses on our beloved magical witch sisters, witch aunts, and witchy house! Since the gemstone tigers eye made several appearances in the plot, I decided to work with this stone when creating the Practical Magic necklaces. I created two necklaces, with slightly different designs. Like the Owens sisters themselves, each necklace is unique and magical in its very own way. Please note that due to supply issues, I may be discontinuing or redesigning these soon! So get ‘em while you can.
